Mike woke up this morning to watch the news take calls from people at work and access the situation. He took his shower geared up and headed out to the garage with the intention to shovel the driveway. Opened the garage and just started laughing. He and two other neighbors were standing at their door on cell phones realizing there was no way anyone was getting out of this neighborhood! Driveway ranged from 14inches-38inches. After lots of shoveling he made it to the bottom and found it measured 22inches, heading to the street. So we gave up and started playing snow-baseball.

Crazy isn't it! Matt says your kids are perfect age for this weather. Good thing Allie is too young because I don't want to be in it yet. :)
The last time we had even close to this type of snow I remember walking to mikes house to be stuck with the Miller Clan. This may be the first time the weather stops mike from using the bbq.
